Jeanne Huet and Marion Canneval had planned the perfect Tuesday. The two best friends would meet up for lunch at a cafe, stroll through the Tuileries Garden and end up at an art museum. They decided on the Musée d'Orsay.

Huet, a 22-year-old university student who lives in Paris, is a regular at the Musée d'Orsay, one of the largest and most famous art museums in Europe.
