Frankrig sætter en kæp i hjulet på EU's Balkan-udvidelser

Udenrigsministre kunne ikke enes om strategisk vigtig beslutning om Balkan-udvidelser.

Tidligere i år skiftede Den Tidligere Jugoslaviske Republik Makedonien navn til Nordmakedonien efter 28 års strid om navnet med Grækenland.
