Ledere er ved G20-topmødet i Rom søndag blevet enige om en endelig erklæring, som opfordrer til "effektiv handling", der skal begrænse den globale opvarmning til 1,5 grader sammenlignet med temperaturerne før industrialiseringen.

Men erklæringen indeholder få konkrete forpligtelser for landene...
